The taste of Funen is a collaboration between large and small food producers, breweries, farm shops, chefs, restaurateurs and other passionates about food and gastronomy. Nyborg Distillery

At Nyborg Distillery you can experience a true, danish destillery on a guided tour between copper kettles, whiskey casks and the most wonderful scents! A tour at Nyborg Distillery gives you a unique experience and an insight into how they produce their organic whisky, gin and other spirits. Falsled Kro's own Gin, is also produced at Nyborg Distillery.

Aqua Vitae Sydfyn

Aqua Vitae Sydfyn, is a small distillery in Skårup, just outside Svendborg. When it was founded in 2005, it was the first distillery in Denmark to specialize in the production of eau-de-vie-type fruit brandy. Falsled Kro's own Bitter and Eau de vie brandy, is also produced by Aqua Vitae Sydfyn. It is possible to visit the farm shop and book a tour with tasting.
