Brahetrolleborg Rhododendron Park

Visit the beautiful rhododendron park located in connection with Brahetrolleborg Castle. From the park you have a view of the castle, which serves as a backdrop for the colorful flowers.

It is not known exactly when the rhododendron park was established on the castle grounds, but it was probably around the mid 1800s, when the flowers were the height of fashion in England.

From late May to mid June, the flowering bushes create an impressive sight that attracts both locals and tourists every year.

Holstenshuus Castle Park

The castle park is a private garden, which is open to the public all year round for an entrance fee. It was laid out in 1753 as a rococo garden, designed by G.D. Tschierske. Today the garden appears as a romantic landscape garden.

From the castle park you can enjoy the magnificent view of Holstenshuus Castle.
