THE FALSLED KRO KITCHEN
The kitchen is centred around the inn’s own ingredients – everything from the harvest of our garden and the sheep grazing in the meadow, to the cattle we raise ourselves and have butchered, allowing us to use the whole animal. Our salamis, sausages and meats find their natural way to the table.
We focus on pickling, preserving and storing as much as possible, so everyone at the inn plays an important role in the plate that is served to you.
We do not commit to one single culinary tradition. The kitchen is our own, and the techniques we use are always guided by respect for the ingredient and the dish itself. You will always experience four servings: The Sea, The Garden, The Animal and The Dessert. The ingredients vary with the season.
In the restaurant, we emphasise a relaxed atmosphere where you can lower your shoulders, take your time and enjoy the dinner, the wine and the company.
