Falsled Kro is opening a new summer brasserie
During the high season from June to September, Falsled Kro is open to overnight guests seven days a week. Our new brasserie will be open on Sunday and Monday, when the main restaurant is closed.
As a new feature, we will be opening the brasserie on Sunday and Monday evenings in the Horseman Hall on the days when the main restaurant is closed. Here you can sit both inside and outside and enjoy the food in a more informal and relaxed setting.
The menu might include turbot grilled over an open fire, vegetables from the kitchen garden, new Danish potatoes and classic desserts from the patisserie. There is a fire in the fireplace, and here you can eat a la carte.
More and more guests, not least our foreign guests, are staying with us for several days. After being awarded five stars and a Michelin key, we wanted to offer several different restaurant experiences during a stay. The summer brasserie is part of that ambition.
